At Motion Trendz, every piece is made, packed, and shipped with care. Because of the limited and exclusive nature of our items, all sales are final.
No Refunds or Returns
Once your order has been placed, we do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstance other than an item being unavailable that was purchased. As this is a mistake on our end, we will contact you with alternative options to complete or cancel your order.
If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled and refunded to your original payment method. This is the only time we accept order cancellations or refunds.
Women, as of now all sizes on this site are men's sizes. Pick your size accordingly. We receive way too many orders from women that don't take this into consideration and order the wrong size. We will not be sending emails anymore to confirm if you purchased the correct size. You will receive the men's size of what was purchased until we are able to provide women's sizes on our site. PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION BEFORE PURCHASING!
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, reach out to us at motiontrendz352@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.
We’ll review it and make things right if it was a mistake on our end.
Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, you may request to make changes to the order within 24 hours after the purchase for things such as item size or shipping address.
We do not accept cancellations of the order. Size and address changes are the only things that can be altered after the purchase is made.
