At Motion Trendz, we work hard to make sure your order is shipped out quickly and safely. Every package is handled with care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days after payment is received.
During high-volume periods such as holidays, product launches, or sales, processing times may take a little longer.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

U.S. Orders: Orders with Standard Shipping typically arrive within 15-30 business days after processing. Orders with Express Shipping typically arrive in 5-8 business days.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please keep in mind, we may not receive tracking numbers immediately after shipment. Please allow time for the carriers to provide us with the tracking information.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
If your tracking number hasn’t updated after several days, please allow up to 5 business days. Sometimes carriers take a bit to scan packages into their system. Please do not contact us about a tracking number before 5 business days, as we have a high volume of orders to fulfill and doing our best to do so as soon as possible. If you fail to comply with our request, we will not respond but will continue to fulfill the order as usual.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Motion Trendz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by postal services or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
If your package appears lost, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure all shipping details are correct before completing your order.
If an incorrect address is entered, contact us immediately at motiontrendz352@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase — after that window, we cannot make changes.
